Universal Windows CE Shell Program

The Universal Windows CE Shell Program is used to replace the shell program of Windows CE.NET, which is more suitable for any kind of portable devices, such as Navigator, Portable Media Player

1. Main Screen
In the main screen page, there are several components, each component links to an unique program, such as Navigator, MP3 player, Photo Viewer, Video Player, Calculator and system setup.

2. Navigator
The navigation software turns your device into a navigator. The navigation software is a third-party software which is provide by the hardware vendor. We only link it from our main program.

3. MP3 Player
The MP3 software turns your device into a MP3 player. It could play all the MP3 files in the \My Music folder of SD card.
Features of MP3 Player :
* Playback of MP3 and WMA files, which are supported by WinCE.NET direct show interface.
* Basic playback controls such as play, pause, stop, next and previous
Volume control
* Playback includes single playback, repeat playback, normal sequence and random sequence.
* Play list support

4. Photo Viewer
The Photo Viewer software turns your device into a portable photo album. You could view all of the photo files in the \My Photos folder of SD card.
The main features of the Photo Viewer are list as follows:
* It supports the most popular image formats, such as BMP and JPEG.
* It supports 24-bit true color images. You can browse the picture with zoom in/out, rotation in full screen.
* You may browse through the pictures in different modes, thumbnail mode, full screen mode and slide show mode.
*. It provides more than 15 different page-switching effects, which makes your slide show much more outstanding.
* High-quality image display makes your pictures much more beautiful even in the small thumbnails.

5. Video Player
The Video Player software turns your device into a Portable Media Player. It could play all the video files in the \My Video folder of SD card.

Features of Video Player :
* Playback of ASF, AVI, MPG and WMV files, which are supported by WinCE.NET direct show interface.
* Basic playback controls such as play, pause, stop, next and previous
Volume control
* Playback includes single playback and repeat.
* Play list support

6. Calculator
The calculator software turns your device into a calculator. The calculator software is easy to use, you can press every button with your fingertips.

Features of Calculator:
* It supports the basic calculation operations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square, and square root.
* It supports memory function, such as MC, MR, M+ and M-.
* The maximum calculation result is 12 digits.

7. System setup
In the system setup program, it could let you setup the most useful parameters of your device, such as system clock, volume, power, calibration, brightness.

(1). System Clock setup
You can adjust system's Time zone, date and time in the Clock seutp.

(2). Volume setup
You can adjust system's speaker volume.

(3) Language setup
You can change the display language.

(4) Calibration setup
You can calibrate your touch screen.

(5) Brightness setup
You could adjust the backlight brightness or your display.

(6) System Info
You could view the system info, such as hardware version, firmware version, NAND size, RAM size and CPU type.
